50 minute Psychotherapy session
Therapy appointments include ongoing treatment for an individual and/or couples and family counseling. Forms of payment include self-pay and insurance. In some instances, a sliding scale format can be negotiated. Payment is due at time of service.

diagnostic assessment
At the beginning of therapy, a comprehensive assessment is completed with each client. This typically includes a 1.5 hour session that covers issues related to client history, presenting issues, goals for counseling and treatment planning.
walking & nature therapy
Meeting for a counseling appointment in a natural setting (travel expense included in the fee). Variable rate depending on length of appointment and location.
consultation & supervision
Supportive consultation and supervision for practitioners seeking advanced training in areas of gestalt practice or working with specific client populations. Additional consultation options available for professionals navigating career or life concerns.
group facilitation
Ongoing personal development workshops and therapy group options will be made available through this practice. Depending on enrollment and topic, fees will be variable.
